Fiona Arrigo
"Life is the truest art form we have." Fiona Arrigo
As Founder of The Arrigo Programme, Fiona Arrigo has an impressive track record in helping transform and rebuild lives. The key to Fiona's work is compassion, intelligence, grounded common sense and up to date research. Having tried and tested many methods herself, including those that encourage and maintain longevity and good health, Fiona passionately shares her knowledge with her clients.
A qualified Biodynamic Psychotherapist, Life Coach and an Esoteric Psychologist with a background in numerous bodywork disciplines, Fiona has worked with many clients presenting symptoms of exhaustion, depression and addiction since 1988. With tact and discretion, she has helped inspire and rebuild their lives by awakening the consciousness that fosters healing and harmony. Her work is about being human and offering understanding amidst an array of high quality treatment support. Though not able to promise a particular result, she believes that if one is met with gentleness and patience, they can heal.
In 1990, Fiona founded Stop the World with Camilla Ker, thereby providing the first alternative health retreat in the UK. In this unique atmosphere people came to heal and take time out to strengthen and rebuild themselves mentally and emotionally. Stop the World built a reputation for excellence in its field, and Fiona's work was enthusiastically received in the press and became widely acknowledged. From 1984 to 2006, she ran a private practice in London, presented individual and group programmes, lectures and seminars in Ireland, as well as formed the foundations of The Arrigo Programme.
Fiona has studied Eastern philosophy for 30 years and her future work will involve assisting and developing work with the two charities she supports, as well as publishing and electronic media projects. She is particularly interested in working with children.
