Arrigo Day Clinics

Our clients can enjoy the use of the Arrigo Day Clinic when a Programme is not an option in their lives, or if there is a need to receive continued support and encouragement after a Programme. Day Clinics are held here in Somerset and are also available for some clients over an agreed period of time, from a couple of weeks to several months as an Arrigo Day Clinic Programme. Half Day Clinics are also available.

All Day Clinics enjoy the same ethos and approach that we offer in the main Arrigo Programmes. Personal time with Fiona, the introduction of other aspects of The Arrigo Programme, nutrition and relevant specialist Practitioners will be discussed with you before your visit. Cost

Personal Coaching

These sessions are extremely popular. Personal coaching sessions are offered by Fiona to anyone who would like coaching and support in their life, or to explore personal growth and development, and whose lifestyle and needs particularly suit this format. Particiaption in an Arrigo Programme is not a requirement. They are also available as on-going support following an Arrigo Programme. These coaching sessions can be a mix of of visits to the Clinic, Skype or telephone sessions. Costs are individually set.

Private Consultations

Individual private consultations with Fiona last an average of an hour and a half and allow Fiona to personally advise and respond to questions, concerns or specific needs. Open to all, previous attendence of our Programmes or Day Clinics is not a requrement. You will also be able to take advantage of treatment sessions with specialist Practitioners. Cost

Day Intensives

This is a unique opportunity for those wishing for more personal time with Fiona Arrigo. During this special time Fiona works spontaneously on a 1-1 basis, guiding and teaching. You do not need to have attended our Programmes or Clinic to book. Overnight accommodation can be aranged if required. Cost
