YOUR Personal Residential PROGRAMME

Following an introductory consultation with Fiona Arrigo, you will be invited to your own private accommodation, complete with fresh flowers and fragrant candles, to commence your specially designed Programme of treatments. Here you will find a welcoming and warm, personal sanctuary for the duration of your stay. Your stay with us is treated as strictly confidential. Your personal housekeeper will arrive every morning to tidy and make breakfast. Your chosen menu is freshly prepared for you daily by our Chef and brought to your accommodation, allowing you to choose when to eat. Your therapists visit according to your treatment schedule.

Your Personal Programme can be designed around clincial treatments, providing psychotherapy, psychiatry and other modalities. Wellness treatments such acupuncture, massage, yoga, breath work, transformational coaching and nutritional advice, further support your healing. All sessions are provided by expert Arrigo Team Practitioners.

Woven in between body and emotional therapy is time for rest and reflection: opportunities to simply stop and regain perspective. Your Arrigo Residential Programmes is designed, overseen and curated by Fiona Arrigo. Even if Fiona is not always able to be present in person, she oversees your therapy to assess how it is working for you. As a dynamic process, Fiona may make changes to your treatment schedule according to your response to your therapy. Your treatments start as soon as you arrive and continue to your time of departure.

A Personal Residential Programme sets you on the path to recovery and renewal, and we continue to support this after your Programme ends. There is a conversation with Fiona or one of her Senior Clinicians, by Skype or telephone, as you integrate your treatment and return to everyday life. You are invited to touch base with the Arrigo Programme in other ways - one-to-one sessions in London or Somerset, Skype support, clinic days, or our much acclaimed Group Retreats.

The cost of the your Personal Residential Programme includes your private accommodation with personal housekeeper, healthy meals prepared fresh daily to your menu and your daily treatments. As Programmes are tailored according to needs, these costs can be variable. Our recommended minimum stay is five days. Night attendance during Residential Programmes can also be provided if required at an extra cost.

Change for Life Programmes

There is also an option to choose a more long term and intensive approach to treatment. Change for Life Programmes are personal, bespoke, in depth Programmes of typically 14 - 30 days in duration and frequently designed as a mix of Residential Programmes supported by Clinic or Skype Support Sessions. Residential Programmes may be taken as one residency, or attended in shorter lengths at regular intervals. These more intensive Programmes are designed and costed individually according to the therapy and clincial support required. Sometimes Specialist Consultants may be required to fly in from abroad for treatments.

Nothing compares to the bespoke West Country retreats created by psychotherapist and healer Fiona Arrigo, whose burnt-out clients jet in from all corners of the earth to decamp to one of her sweet cottages (prepped with flowers, candles, log fires and hot baths) for some highly focused TLC.

The Arrigo Programme gives you the ultimate gift of going back to ‘you’ - the ‘you’ that gets lost in deadlines, suppressed by ‘priorities’ and buried under pressures. It’s the ‘you’ that silently screams that you have forgotten to listen. It’s a truly joyous journey because you know instinctively that you are going home.
Where else would you get such extraordinary attention and a chance to escape everyday strain in such a perfectly orchestrated environment? You don’t have to think about anything practical – just focus on letting go. Your package is couture, created by biodynamic psychotherapist Fiona Arrigo and her SWAT-team who swoop in and help with all manner of grief, addiction, trauma, depression and exhaustion by addressing what’s cooking in your body and nervous system.
